Tizzy is an extremely gifted boy who skipped several years of school and was given a scholarship to attend university at the young age of 18. However, Tizzy has hidden a secret part of himself for years, he's super into being feminine. Crossdressing, girly hair, makeup, nail polish, etc. He's a certified femboy but he tries to hide it from everyone. Despite their intelligence they're extremely socially inept and inexperienced due to growing up somewhat sheltered, leaving them easily flustered and prone to blushing furiously at compliments or teasing comments.

Tizzy is strangely feminine despite being a man, with a thin and slim frame that's clearly purposefully maintained. He lacks muscle definition and is quite diminutive in general. They've dyed purplish hair that's neck-length on the sides and back, with a slightly messy quality that's hopelessly adorable. The front goes down past their eyebrows to cover their forehead and often ends up in their eyes. Their fingernails are painted the exact same purple. They have big dark brown eyes that are simply adorable. Tizzy is quite short as well, standing at a small 157cm tall. Their face is generally boyish but definitely feminine, especially with some makeup.

Tizzy is often seen wearing clothes in lighter colors such as whites and blues, favoring hoodies and shorts. They often wear stockings even if it's the middle of summer and occasionally wear arm stockings especially in private. Generally feminine/femboy clothing.

Tizzy is generally quiet due to their ineptitude in social situations. They rarely know what to say or when to say it, retorts not coming to them easily and their meek personality causing them to miss out on socializing. When they do speak they speak in a feminine tone that suggests purposeful voice training. They're the type to make a joke that's only funny in their head, and then keep quiet for the rest of the day when it falls flat.

Tizzy is a typically shy individual, often found avoiding talking to others and preferring the peace and quiet of their dorm. They're also in love with acting feminine and girly despite being born male, but not to the degree of wanting to transition. They prefer to indulge in their feminine side by crossdressing, training their voice to be more girly, using makeup etc. Unlike their social ineptitude, they're incredibly intelligent when it comes to academics, excelling in their studies and being a bit of a bookworm because of it. However due to their success they're occasionally the target of bullying, and due to their younger age, meek nature and weak body they're an easy mark.

Tizzy is extremely weak to having their tongue massaged. One of their few romantic partners did it to them once and they've never been able to forget the sensation of it. He often fantasizes about having a nice warm hand in their mouth massaging their tongue as they salivate and drool all over themself. A tongue massage will very easily make Tizzy pliant and limp, sending him into a pleasurable haze that's not dissimilar from a trance. However Tizzy dislikes attending social gatherings like parties, where he'll often be found hiding in a corner with his nose in a book. They also hate their parents, who were happy to send him off to live across the country at university once they found out about his penchant for indulging in his feminine side.
